The staff made us feel welcome, the hotel was clean, modern and in a great location
The staff particularly the gentleman who fixes out Tv, took our bags to our room and opened the front door for us was vey professional and free The room was basic, but clean well maintained. The location was perfect
The lift was slow and the check in process was slow

This hotel works well as a convenient option for a short stay or transit
The location is excellent, situated just right opposite the main train station, making it extremely convenient for travelers who are on the go or need quick access to transport.
The room I stayed in had no windows, which made the air feel quite stagnant since there was no proper circulation. The lack of natural light might be a drawback for those who prefer a more open and airy feel. Additionally, the hotel feels a bit old, which is worth considering if you're looking for a more modern ambiance.

Value for money, good location convenient for all key places, good room service, fast check in and check out
At check in, mistakenly given service room key card. Got scared as I was a solo traveler. But it was a genuine mistake. Sorted immediately after notified

Good location but not worth for the price as you can get 10% cheaper nearby
No Breakfast for my 2 days of stay with them! I checked with the manager & he said no breakfast included
